Keech Australia has been proudly designing and manufacturing the highest quality steel castings since 1934.

Established in Sydney by Gordon Keech Snr, our company retains the high standards of product and service quality that have always guided us – to design and manufacture high integrity steel castings, offer outstanding design and production capabilities and work alongside our customers to give them the results they want.

Our products have included axes used by champions around the world, and an extensive and comprehensive range of ground engaging tools and equipment for the demanding conditions of Australia’s mining industry.

Today, Keech Australia Head Office and foundry is based in Bendigo. We have grown to operate separate foundry, agriculture, mining and excavating equipment divisions. Our foundries offer development, design, moulding, heat treatment and finishing of steel, SG castings and high alloy castings for engineering requirements.  The agricultural division of Keech Australia offers different types of wear replacement castings while our excavating and mining division supplies G.E.T. and associated castings for a wide range of mining, earthmoving, dredging and construction equipment.

Keech quality castings are today supplied not only to Australian companies but exported to international markets including Japan, Russia, North America, South America, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea.
